The design and construction concept places project responsibility and control under a single contract with Bascon, a registered architecture and engineering firm. You are spared the burden of hiring, scheduling and supervising independent architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Yet you remain actively involved as a member of the design and construction team. From concept through project completion, the design and construction team create production efficiencies at every phase, your project finishes earlier to become productive faster.
Bascon's array of contract options assures you the flexibility to choose the best financing arrangement for your unique project. We'll work with the approach that works best for you. We can also show you how other options compare with what's proven to be most economical in our experience; the design-construction management project approach. Initially we work with the owner in the coordination and development of preliminary architectural and engineering drawings. These drawings are then used to generate accurate construction cost estimates.
