Marous Brothers Construction was founded in 1980 by brothers Scott and Adelbert "Chip" Marous, Jr. At the ages of 23 and 19 respectively, they started their business offering home remodeling and carpentry for small sized projects. Before the end of their initial year, they landed their first commercial project - installing cabinets, frames, doors and hardware for a fifty-unit apartment building. In 1982, while providing carpentry services for Saint Nicholas Church in Mentor, Ohio, they hired their first employee, Joe Gorka, who is a dedicated superintendent with Marous Brothers Construction today.
Combining the functions of design, engineering and construction into a single entity, our design/build services provide an integrated approach that is focused on the specific needs of your project. Design/build has proven operational advantages to clients through a simplified contract with a single entity and the ability to fast-track work based on the close, contractual relationship between the designer and the builder. At Marous Brothers Construction, more than three decades as a collaborative builder form a strong foundation for our design/build services.
As your construction manager, Marous Brothers Construction acts as an extension of your staff. We are dedicated to your building project so that you can focus on your business. We monitor and document project progress, maintain contractor and design staff communication and above all, compile the pertinent information into a clear and concise format so that you can make decisions based on facts. We will utilize our experience as a true builder to manage each phase of your construction project. Acting in your best interests, we will engage with the project team during pre-construction to provide input as to construction means and methods.

After months of planning and construction, our brand new corporate headquarters is ready to go. Today, our Special Projects Group was the first to move in and get settled.
