Founded in 1967, Trice Construction Company built a strong reputation for safety, performance and exceptional customer service in the concrete construction industry. In 2006, when her uncles retired, Stephanie Hickman left a twenty-five year career as a labor attorney, utility executive and lobbyist to acquire the company. One of Hickman's first areas of focus was to bring in key people to help expand the company's services. Combining her leadership skills with a team of seasoned construction professionals, the company embarked on a growth trajectory.
