Since 1915 our Building Division has been providing quality General Contracting services in Ohio and the surrounding region. In 1967, Ruhlin's Building Division began providing Construction Management services to complement the needs of our growing list of clients. Today, our clients represent a broad spectrum of construction types which include Healthcare, Governmental/Correctional, Educational (K-12 & Higher Educational), Libraries and specialty building markets.
