Building Jackson one home at a time-Since 1949, founding owners, Charles Strouss and his wife Lusina Strouss, started building homes from start to finish. They would build it, furnish it, put a for sale sign on it, and sell it all-including furniture-within a matter of days on the market. Today our crew consists of their son Daniel and his two twin sons, Aaron and Dan Jr, and Dan's wife Wanda. Our area of expertise includes new home construction, additions and many other home related remodeling.

We started building another new house today. This one is in Concord. The first couple of days always seem a little slow, especially in the winter, but soon it will look a lot different on this site.
8 working days so far. The roof is on and the windows are installed. We hope to build the stairway tomorrow, install some doors and finish the framing for the garage door.
We had a very productive day today on the Grover rd project. Rafters are set and the back of the house is sheeted. Hopefully tommorrow we can have a good showing on the front of the house.
We started this Morning with just the Deck. By the end of the day the walls were standing. Tomorrow we hope to get the walls straightened and everything double plated. The Rafters are supposed to be on site in the morning as well, Crane is scheduled for Monday. We have been blessed with great...
