Bill Staley takes pride in being a small home builder that is focused on his customer's dreams and desires. He has a reputation for being honest, trustworthy and competent. And he genuinely enjoys the process of building dream homes - especially when his clients are enjoying the process, too. Bill's love for home-building began in his youth. He worked construction in his younger years, then went on to receive his bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University. After 10 years as an operations manager in manufacturing, Bill returned to his own dream: building custom homes.
Our business is small, allowing the builder, Bill Staley, to focus on fewer homes, and not being spread too thin. This allows him to build personal relationships with his clients and spend most of his time working "hands-on" at the jobsite.
