Founded in 1996 and based in Brighton, Michigan, Vantage Construction Co. performs work throughout Livingston county and the surrounding area. We provide all types of building and construction services for Residential clients including custom homes, all types of residential remodeling, new basement build-outs, and insurance repair work. Established in 1996, Vantage Construction Co. has maintained an unparalleled reputation as one of Livingston County's top builders. We have had the privilege of working with many clients, some in multiple projects. Owner Brian Parsons has over 35 years of experience as a builder and has been at the helm of projects since Vantage's start. He has led clients through projects ranging from modest-budget remodels to multi-million dollar custom homes. He's also an active member in the Brighton Rotary Club, and the Livingston County Home Builders Association and the Brighton Chamber of Commerce.
