LaDuke's 2300 square foot design center offers services in Custom Architectural design, Engineered Floor Plans, Project Planning, and Construction Management. Together with ourfull-time Field Superintendent, Project Planner, and Office Manager, the LaDuke Team will provide you with a first-class building experience. At the LaDuke Design Center, we start with a feasibility study to determine your budget and discuss your options. We will then conduct a site evaluation to make the best recommendations for orienting your home's windows, doors, access to roads, and more.

We wanted a quality builder who could capture our dream of a cozy lake house that would accommodate large family gatherings, wrap us if there were only two of us, and leverage a beautiful location on Lake Huron.
