We were fortunate to use Pumford Construction as a major contractor on Phase I and Phase II of Zehnder's Splash Village. Both projects exceeded our expectations and were completed on time and on budget. What else could you ask for?! As a labor organization, when we found the need to hire a full-scope building contractor, we needed a contractor that was dedicated to union labor, Pumford fit the bill, completing our projects with over 95% union labor. Over the last three years we have had Pumford Construction complete three separate projects: a small office remodel, an existing facility build out, and a new construction project.

With over 75 years of service under our belt, Pumford has experience in a vast array markets, making us a well-rounded company. Because we are a trades intensive company, we have first-hand experience at what techniques work the best for each unique situation. Our trade superintendents have an average of twenty years experience, making them experts in their field and enhancing the quality of our output.

Greg is the Chief Operating Officer of Pumford Construction and leads our Design Build services. He has been with the Company since 1997. Greg's unique customer-driven focus enables him to translate their requirements into the best solution and empower the Design Build process. Greg has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University. Greg is LEED/AP certified, and is a member of USGBC and Michigan AGC. Brian has been with Pumford Construction since 2000. His strength is his ability to architect a project to budget and design to code specifications.
