We installed this last fall and we are so very glad we did!! Nancy and Tom were helpful and informative. There were no surprises and we have already used what used to be our screen porch more from October to May then we did the past three years before sunspace. Our porch sits high off the ground and when it is milder temperatures and sunny we can use our room as late as December and as early as March. We could not do that with our screen porch. We are very happy with our decision to not close in our porch with glass windows because we wanted the flexibility of a screen room in the summer.
