ROWE provided both design and construction engineering services for this project to replace stop signs and a flasher on Elms Road with a roundabout, which is the first roundabout on a public roadway within Genesee County. The project was 0.3 mile in length, received Congestion Mitigation Air Quality funding, and included removal of all existing pavement. During design, ROWE coordinated with local farmers and truckers within the area to make sure the proposed roadway would accommodate the large equipment that would need to traverse through the intersection.

ROWE's staff of engineers, surveyors, and technicians manages, monitors, and performs testing and staking on more than 50 construction projects annually. Our large staff includes seasoned field technicians, including many certified for materials testing, record-keeping, or as construction site storm-water operators.
