In 1973 Ralph Roemer Construction was started by Mike's father, Ralph. In the early years, construction projects consisted of small jobs. This developed into building new homes (beginning in 1977). Mike Roemer joined the firm in 2001 and it became known throughout Winona and SE Minnesota as Roemer Construction and Design, Inc. (RCD). Since 2001, the focus of the company is primarily new custom home designing and building. As a second generation design/build custom home building and remodeling contractor, Mike is focused on the details of building homes with an end result that matches the customer's wants and needs.
