Please refer to our Electric Service Manual for electric service requirements and guidelines. Jo-Carroll Energy approved meter socket must be installed prior to construction of service. The meter socket must be installed and wired to the National Electric Code.

SCAM ALERT! A member has reported they received an "apology phone call" from their electric utility, for overcharges by the electric supplier recently due to the extreme temperatures in the last few weeks. The phone call asked the member to stay on the line and press 1. This was a scam call!
