Rick Fredin started Highline Construction, Inc. in 1997 as an overhead distribution power line contractor with 5 employees. To meet the demand of a turnkey operation we have transformed into a premier power line construction company that specializes in distribution, transmission, substation, telecommunication, retirement, and underground maintenance and construction. To meet the growing demand of renewable energy, we have also become the preferred contractor for construction of electrical collection systems.
