We had spent a hot Sunday in the park with family, only to discover no air conditioning when we got home. Called Greene's first thing on a summer Monday morning, were immediately scheduled! Jerry arrived by 8:20 a.m. Lots of needed parts later, we had cool air! Thanks for calling everyine out to drop off parts, for your extra trip to the shop, Jerry. So good to know that you take care of us in the winter, and the same in the summer.

We have had Tom Bax for our plumbing jobs at least 3 times in the last few years. Every time Tom is always professional. He has terrific customer service skills & he is a hard worker & does excellent work. He has a good attitude & always answers our questions & he is polite & respectful. He cleans up after his jobs & we would highly recommend Tom Bax for your next plumbing job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient & never charges you for parts that are still on warranty.
