By using innovative designs, limited employees, and few subcontractors, we are able to keep our overhead down, allowing us to build homes at affordable prices. Turnkey Construction homes are built by its employees; we are not a general contractor who hires other firms to perform the work. By being on the job we are able to control the quality from the ground up.

We've been using Radiant Floor Heat in our homes since 1997. This type of heat system is considered to be the cadillac of heat systems, most notably found in high-end homes. Because we are performing the installation ourselves, we are able to offer this feature in our homes. Radiant Floor Heat is a comfortable heat that radiates from the floor up, keeping more of the warmth in our living space rather than near the ceiling. Duct systems are not required, nor are baseboard units, thereby allowing more usable space for furniture and less air movement to aggravate allergies.

We are still getting a bit accomplished this last month of the year in spite of the short days, cold weather! Nancy and I installed the foam insulation board and heat tubing for two smaller homes being built up the Burnt Fork. Should also have the walls up and ready for trusses by the end of the week on the Hansen job.
