Since 1963 Tennessee Pipeline Construction Company (TPCC) has provided customers support with work activities that include: dock and tank farm infrastructure installation and maintenance, terminal operations support, API 1104 pipe fabrication and installation to 48″ including manifolds, headers, and associated tie-ins, operated heavy equipment support, underground piping and conduit installation or repair, grounds and lawn maintenance, right-of-way maintenance including vegetarian removal, face installation and repair, painting and signage.

Bay Ltd. has an extensive track record of successfully executing large-scale industrial construction projects both domestically and internationally, with ventures that include grassroots construction projects, process unit revamps and upgrades and plant turnarounds for refineries, power generation, chemical and petrochemical facilities. Bay Ltd.'s Scaffold Services Group provides efficient project planning through concise estimating, designing, erection and dismantling of scaffolding. Specific areas of expertise are projects involving FCCU's, Coker Units, and Modular Process Units. Our Scaffolding Team also specializes in new construction, maintenance, emergency support, turnarounds, and offshore scaffolding services. We produce high quality results in the safest and most professional manner possible.
