Contegra boasts over 75% LEED Accredited professionals on our staff. Therefore, your "green" project will not be our first rodeo. The chosen design professionals and subs for any specific project will bring their own ideas as well. We all work together, bringing different experiences from different areas of expertise. Contegra has experience with solar PV installations (totaling 3 million dollars of investment) on some of our projects in Gateway Commerce Center and the financial incentives that helped them become reality.

Founded in 2003, Contegra was forged from the idea that the clients' interests always come first. The company's leadership has more than 150 years of combined experience in the general contracting, design/build and construction management industry and we understand what it takes to develop and complete quality construction projects safely, on time and within budget.
