Our construction management services offer the owner the confidence and peace of mind that all details of the project will be attended to continually throughout all phases of construction, from pre-planning through final construction. This is a fee-based service in which represent the owner's best interest throughout the process beginning during design development. Separate trade contractors perform actual construction of the project. The trade contracts are held directly with the owner. Design/build is a delivery system where architectural/engineering design services and construction work are included in one contract.
