When Frederick Grove first started construction business development in 1949, he was questioned by fellow mid-Missouri builders for using an innovative new material: plywood. In a Design-Build project Grove contracts directly with owners before the design process is started. Grove Construction can help assemble a pre-qualified design team including an architect, civil and MEP engineers, and interior designers. Design-Build means early coordination, better design, and fast-tracked completion because tasks like final design and bidding can happen together and not separately, unlike traditional project delivery.
As a General Contractor, Grove Construction oversees and manages both new construction and renovation projects of commercial. We act as your main contact and ensure the work is completed to your satisfaction.
Grove Construction will be closed on Election Day to give our employees ample time to vote. We will reopen on Wednesday morning at 8 am.
