Locally, we maintain an in-house work force with capabilities to perform architectural service, concrete flatwork and small civil projects. We are signatory with the St. Louis - Kansas City Carpenters Regional Council in Kansas City. Nationally, we perform General Construction and Maintenance contracts on Federal contracts focusing on Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity performance based contracts. Our goal is to provide construction and maintenance services to our clients with an attitude of cooperation completing a quality project in a timely manner to enhance the investment of the client's property and facilities.
BKM Construction was founded in 2002 as commercial contractor performing renovations and repairs in the government sector. Progression included private clients and some residential construction. Brent Motley owned and operated the company until he chose to bring on a partner in 2015. Mike Meyer joined the ownership in 2015. Brent and Mike have known each other since 2002 and have performed many projects together as the companies they each worked for partnered and subcontracted individual trade work.
We are looking for an experienced concrete finisher for projects in Leavenworth, at Ft. Leavenworth, and some in Kansas City. Pay based on experience and must be able to lead a crew. 913-832-4393
