Simpson Plumbing was created and founded by Dale Simpson's passion and commitment to providing quality plumbing work in Vancouver, Camas, and the surrounding Southwest Washington area. The foundation of his philosophy is simple: Give customers the results they expect and deserve at a fair and ethical rate. Founded in 1981, Simpson Plumbing LLC spent its first year in Portland, Oregon, before relocating to Camas, Washington where the business has grown and developed further. In 2001, Simpson Plumbing brought in a third family member: Dale's son, Brad, who learned the skills of the plumbing trade and is now continuing the tradition begun by his parents.

Everything needs cleaning. Yes, even your drains! With the amount of products that go down the kitchen, laundry room, and shower drains, it is not uncommon for residue to build up on the interior walls of the pipe and just hang in there. There are multiple signs that a homeowner can watch out for that may signal that a drain needs to be cleared. The best way to prevent clogged drains is to avoid letting the wrong things down. For kitchen drains, it's important to keep oils and grease, potato peels, eggshells, pasta, and fibrous vegetables out.

The sheer amount of water we use at home to perform everyday tasks can be astounding. From bathing, cooking, cleaning, and of course, drinking, we put a lot of faith in water lines to provide us with virtually unlimited water from the city. However, leaks, blockages and other potential disruptions in the system can bring the entire household to a standstill until fixed. A broken water line requires the work of an experienced, professional plumber. Are you looking for a plumber around the Vancouver, Camas, or Washougal areas to repair or replace your water line?

When repair of an existing water service isn't feasible or cost effective and new installation is needed, trust Simpson Plumbing to get the job done right! We install new water services, mostly via trenchless boring, which means we basically drill a hole underground with help from a big machine and then we pull the new water pipe back. This typically eliminates extensive digging and cuts back on landscape interruption. Simpson Plumbing will set up the whole process to get it done making it a painless and stress-free event for you.

Needless to say, water heaters are home essentials and something we can't live without. One of the best ways to prolong the life and health of your water heater, is to have it flushed. And if your water heater is showing signs of it reaching maximum capacity, then it's probably time to consider a replacement. We're here to help you take care of your home. That begins with ensuring that you have hot water whenever you need! Please call (360) 342-9288 to use either of the offers listed on the coupon or if you have any questions.

Also known as a pipeline video inspection system, it's a way for Simpson Plumbing to offer a brand new service to our business partners. With our Sewer Video Inspections service, Simpson Plumbing can help home inspectors, realtors, property managers, and others tasked with oversight of a property's maintenance needs. Simpson Plumbing uses a sewer scope to inspect the interior of pipes, plumbing systems, and other infrastructural pipelines that connect your property to city mains. If you think you may be in need of a sewer scope in Vancouver, Washington, then please contact Simpson Plumbing.

Installing the plumbing system for a new home involves working with builders during each phase of construction. That's why before jumping into plumbing a new home, it's important to follow the building codes of your neighborhood and/or city. A local Vancouver, Camas, or Washougal plumber will ensure that your home is plumbed correctly and passes a city home inspection with flying colors. Plumbing a new home is an integral part of the construction process. The timeline for installing some plumbing features can depend on what the home builders are working on, as some plumbing tasks can only be completed during specific phases of construction.

We not only have the equipment to show you what is going on inside of your pipes, but now our service technicians can clean them out using the Hydro-Jetter. When fats/oils/greases and other materials are not disposed of correctly, it can cause buildup within the walls of the drain pipes. If not recognized in time, it can lead to clogged pipes as well as corrosion. With a hose the diameter of a pinky, the Hydro-Jetter goes down a drain pipe just like a snake would. The nozzle has three jets that go backward and one that goes forward.

If you are buying a new appliance and would like a little help getting it installed, the experts at Simpson Plumbing are here to lend a hand. With over 30 years of experience, we have installed just about every kind of appliance out there, and you can count on us to install your appliance perfectly, ultimately saving you time and money. Installing a dishwasher can be a rather involved procedure and, if not done correctly, could result in many long-term leakage problems. At Simpson Plumbing, our highly trained staff have years of experience with these kinds of installations.

Having a sump pump installed in your basement is one of the best ways to protect your home from flooding. Even if you have never gone through a flooding incident before, you know the kind of impact it can have, even in small amounts. If left unattended the so-called "small water leaking issue" can lead to big expenses in no time. Sump pumps essentially serve as insurance against expensive flooding damage. For example, if your home is in a low-lying area that's prone to heavy rain or snow, there's a good chance you'll need a sump pump (if you don't have one already).

Our team of licensed, commercial plumbers understands the unique challenges and complexities that come with larger-scale jobs. Projects like apartment buildings and strip malls have different problems and requirements than single-family homes. Whether it's commercial plumbing for new construction or an existing commercial building, we can handle your installation and repairs. Planning the plumbing for a commercial building is integral to the future success of your business. We can ensure a successful partnership with your building's contractor from planning to implementation so that your business's footprint lines up with what you've been envisioning.

For more than 30 years, Simpson Plumbing has provided the Vancouver metro and Camas areas with quality plumbing services. Whether it's general plumbing repairs, pipe maintenance, water heater installation, or bathroom and kitchen remodels, we're confident that our experienced plumbers can help you with just about any service you need. You never notice how much you rely on a home's plumbing system until it stops working. A broken toilet or non-functioning water heater can bring an entire household to a standstill.

Are you in the market for a Vancouver or Camas kitchen remodeling project? Kitchen remodeling is usually focused on countertops, tile and the homeowners' favorite appliances, but proper piping and fixture installations are just as important. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the prospect of remodeling your kitchen. There's so much to consider and styles to choose, from new appliances and sinks, to countertops and all new flooring. On the plus side, it's finally your chance to design the exact kitchen you've always wanted, while simultaneously increasing the value of your home.

Need a new water heater? Water heaters can fail with little warning. If your unit is getting on in years, it's a good idea to think about a replacement before it becomes urgent. When a water heater breaks, you'll face at least a day or two with no hot water. Even worse, a busted unit may leak, damaging your home or creating a safety hazard. Newer water heaters are much more efficient than older ones. Even if your current appliance is working well, you can potentially save energy by replacing it with a high-efficiency unit.

Brad & company has always provided me with prompt, courteous service and reasonable prices.

I used them years ago on a water heater. They did a great job I highly recommend.

Lesson learned! I Feel like I just paid Simpson plumbing 1046.68 to get my house dirty, dig a big hole and leave it, dirty up my floors, and then leave me a bag of shit(literally shit) in my carport. Then tell me, let the hole dry out and fill it with rock! It's winter, it's not going to dry out! Yes my shower and toilet work, but I told the first guy where the clog was and The staff that came today plunged, used snake after snake, pulled the toilet, and snaked again. Then tried to dig where I said. OMG I was correct. But.547.00 for a piece of pipe, and caps to hook it on! Ridiculous!

What's new?

Did you know all water heaters need flushing? Flushing a tankless water heater is referred to as "descaling". Lime scale buildup is caused by hard water. When the calcium separates from the water, it begins to accumulate and can lower the efficiency and lifespan of the water heater. Some tankless.
