Simpson Construction is led by Bob Simpson and based in Wichita, KS. We have worked primarily in the Kansas regional market and chose to align ourselves with institutional clients. It is our hope to always provide the best value possible, and to continue to build relationships. Our vast commercial construction management expertise in healthcare, religious, education, business, multi-family, and senior living facilities helps us provide clients with the right balance of time to market, quality, and cost.

At Simpson Construction, our pre-construction services are designed to first understand the goals and objectives of a project and provide valuable input and budgeting during the design phase of the project. This would include constructability reviews, site evaluations, detailed cost estimating, mechanical and electrical systems review, and project scheduling. The earlier we are involved in the process, the greater opportunity we have to provide our clients with building they want, at the best value, in an efficient manner.

Simpson Construction Services has expertise in multi-family structures, including apartment complexes. Our project team understands how to work within budget limits while meeting the needs for one-, two- or three-bedroom units. We create efficient layouts by utilizing low-maintenance exterior building materials that still provide aesthetic appeal, and emphasizing the complex's style with complementary interior finishes. This includes the clubhouse, typically a complex's focal point, which we highlight with high-end finishes and layouts that invite residents and guests to relax and enjoy their surroundings.

Effective Construction Management begins in the planning stages of a project and is continued through the design and construction. As a construction manager, Simpson strives to come on board early in the design process to collaborate with the architect and owner, aid in value analysis, budgeting, and maintain the critical timelines of the project schedule. We put our extensive knowledge of building methods and materials to use in order to maintain a client's budget without compromising the final product.

Our Client Care Division is comprised of staff dedicated to providing various services such as general building maintenance, preventative inspections, and even consultations and budgeting for strategic capital expenditures. We can aid in general repairs such as painting, drywall, and carpentry work to more complex issues such as HVAC, life safety, and regulatory compliance.

The design build project delivery method allows our clients to directly contract with Simpson Construction as a single source of responsibility for the project. This includes both the design and construction of the project. The delivery method allows us to collaborate early with our client to first understand the needs and vision of their project and enlist design professionals to complete the plans and specifications. This method is very beneficial for projects with tight time constraints.
