RMR Mechanical is an industrial boiler and mechanical contractor. We work with pulp & paper and process industries - with special expertise in boiler maintenance, repair and retrofits. We have performed over 1000 boiler outages and emergencies since our start-up in 2002. We are authorized to perform repair of boilers and pressure vessels (NBIC "R" Stamp), manufacture pressure vessels (ASME "U" Stamp), manufacture and assemble power boilers (ASME "S" Stamp), and authorized to register boilers and pressure vessels with the National Board "NB".

RMR Mechanical performs boiler and mechanical work for clients throughout the United States. We are flexible in adapting to many types of contract arrangements (time and materials, lump sum, cost plus fee, etc.). However, due to our sustained relationships and trust built over time, 75% of our work is performed on a time and materials basis. We understand the importance of supplying you with accurate milestones and delivery dates to allow for your own planning requirements. Our supervisors and project managers assist clients in constructability reviews, project estimates, and outage planning.

We invite you to take advantage of our experience and knowledge in planning and estimating construction projects. We can provide layout planning and constructability reviews to ensure that what you design on paper will perform as you expect once it is built. Once the site is mobilized, we can serve as your General or Mechanical Contractor and self-perform civil/structural, tanks and pressure vessels, mechanical erection, and piping. We subcontract and manage piping pre-fabrication, scaffolding, insulation, refractories, electrical, and associated trades.
