When your company decides it is time to renovate, expand, or build new, there are a lot of things to consider, including: budget, quality, and design. With over 20 years of experience in construction we have renovated structures that have become obsolete: either by change of use and occupant or the wearing out of improvements. We have also had opportunities with multi-million dollar ground up construction projects utilizing the most recent technology in finishes, mechanical and electrical. We feel we differentiate ourselves with our ongoing communication with the owner and architect and our demand for a quality project from ourselves and subcontractors.

Caston Construction enjoys providing the preconstruction services for a new project as it brings the construction team early enough to confirm that the owners design intent is also within their budget before drawings are complete. Caston will work hard with the necessary subcontractors to review possible alternates and will work with the architect to ensure the design is not compromised. In this negotiated setting, Caston is an extension of the owner/architect. Once a fee is decided, Caston will perform the necessary preconstruction services needed to get the budget in - line.
