WW Builders Inc. has provided a multitude of Design-Build Projects over the years. By using the Design-Build process, the client would tell WW Builders Inc. the type of project they wish to have constructed. We would then utilize our resources, and design a set of drawings within the client's agreed upon budget. With WW Builders Inc.'s knowledge, personnel, equipment, and our ability to self-perform most major phases of construction ourselves, we provide the client with a unique experience many other contractors cannot provide.

In June of 2016, Marlow Roofing merged with WW Builders Inc. and is now a division of our company. Previously Marlow Roofing was a commercial roofing company only. As to better serve the local community in all its roofing needs, we have started performing residential roofing as well. Before construction of a project can even begin there is the Pre-Construction phase. WW Builders Inc. has the staff, knowledge, and experience to provide you with our Pre-Construction services that will have you feeling confident your project is going to be completed within budget, on schedule, and professionally managed. First, our team will coordinate with the Client, Architect, and any other individual/team involved in the project. WW Builders Inc. will then look over the project and add its engineering expertise, including insight of specific risks, and provide preemptive solutions.

Whether it be Construction Manager or Construction Manager at Risk, WW Builders Inc. offers a professional construction management team. Our experienced personnel excel at meeting the client's requirements to produce a turnkey project. Our Construction Management focuses on coordination among the client, the design team, and the construction team.
