Bringing some modern touches to the historic Heights with an eye catching 8k SF retail development complete with high end finishes and breezy 2nd story patio for Radom Capital LLC. Completed in March 2020, this 15,200 SF hybrid tiltwall/conventional steel structure consists of manufacturing areas, testing areas, conference rooms, and offices on the first floor, while the second floor contains executive offices, conference rooms, open concept work stations and an engineering laboratory. With upgraded finishes and a complex design, this project is an especially fun one to deliver.
Completed in only 10 months Feb. 2020, Angler delivered this 351,400 SF Tiltwall building and 3071 SF Speculative Office Buildout with Ductilcrete Heidebed Floor Slab System for owners IDI Logistics, LLC. This DPS in Angleton was completed in October of 2020. Owned by Develpment 2000 Inc., this is our second location completed for the state and team. Together with owner Prologis and Powers Brown Architecture, Angler Construction completes this one story shell warehouse building designed to accommodate future high pile storage.
