Headquartered in Houston, Construction EcoServices has been providing stormwater management services to the Texas commercial construction and commercial properties industries since 2002. For those needing a reliable stormwater management partner, Construction EcoServices provides unmatched experience and the highest level of compliance while reducing risk and lowering costs. We provide solutions across the entire range of stormwater management, including turnkey compliance assurance services, engineering sub-consultancy and cutting-edge stormwater management systems to all segments of the management, development, design and construction markets where those pursuits intersect with the rapidly evolving stormwater regulations.

Our Slope Stabilization and Turf Establishment products and services are proven to surpass all hydraulically applied mulch products and temporary erosion control blankets, and have led a movement toward more cost-efficient and effective hydraulically-applied techniques. We utilize the finest hydraulically applied products and technologies available, focusing on creating a healthy, sustainable stand of grass that resists erosion, enhances property value and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Landscape Architects must have a general knowledge of all disciplines of design, from building architecture and construction to civil design and drainage in order to create magnificent exterior spaces. Having partners you can trust that specialize in various aspects of your design is crucial. Since 2002, Construction EcoServices has been working with landscape architects to provide consulting services and products focused around designing and constructing sustainable landscapes. Whether the project be LEED, SITES, GreenRoads or you just want to convince your client to do the right thing, Construction EcoServices has been your trusted partner for sustainable site design.

Civil Engineering is the second oldest engineering discipline, and with that history comes extensive knowledge that must be had on various different topics. From designing around and with natural systems to considering project safety to managing clients budgets, civil engineers are a jack of all trades. Because of this, having partners you can rely on that specialize in various aspects of what you do are important to helping manage your risks. Construction EcoServices has been partnering with Civil Engineering companies since 2002 when we first began producing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans under Master Subcontract Agreements for Civil Engineering firms.

As a Civil Engineer, you are in the unique position to specify what products and techniques are employed to achieve stabilization using vegetation for erosion control. Knowing the latest technologies available for your specifications is central to making the right recommendation to your client. Since 2002, Construction EcoServices has been committed to the study of innovation in this scope of work, and we've developed lasting relationships within the industry. Most construction documents use a standard county or city specification regarding seed, mulch and fertilizer.

Construction EcoServices is focused exclusively in the stormwater marketplace. Our business units provide solutions involving turnkey compliance assurance services, engineering sub-consultancy and cutting-edge stormwater management systems to all segments of the development, design and construction markets where those pursuits intersect with the rapidly evolving stormwater regulations. Developers, general contractors and subcontractors, engineers, architects, landscape architects, property owners and property management firms, as well as regulators, permitting and enforcement agencies rely on our expertise.

CES invests in significant market research to fine tune its business model through dozens of conversations with General Contractors' Superintendent, Project Managers and Executives, as well as state and local regulators. CES officially launches Construction Compliance Services (CCS) March 2003. Initially offering, what one 'old-timer' construction superintendent called his ideal scenario, is a "one back to pat or one neck to wring" turnkey SWPPP model. CES begins a still-standing partnership with the Association of General Contractors (AGC) to provide a bi-annual 3-4 hour training program teaching the ever-changing and ongoing regulations, nuances and issues associated with construction activity compliance.
