John Sebastian, his staff and his crews have a deep understanding and command of the skill sets, management and quality control required to build technically complex, meticulously detailed houses and residential compounds.

The Sebastian Construction Group approach to the construction process combines features from both Construction Management and traditional General Contracting. Our goal in the initial pre-construction phase is to view the process through the lens of a critical team member - providing vital budgeting, scheduling, and technical feedback. Even as we enter into the construction process, we continually consider our role as a representative of our client, with all decisions being made as a team. Constant effort is made to ensure that our clients' interests are always at the forefront.

Sebastian Construction Group understands the client's move-in into their newly completed residence marks only the beginning of the equally important second phase of our relationship. Our Client Services Department focuses solely on these post-construction needs by providing a high level of professional and personal service to this often overlooked responsibility. Our Client Services Department develops a unique and highly specific Client Care Program for each client at move-in that typically addresses over twenty different systems or aspects of the home by identifying over 100 points of care to be addressed at regular intervals.

Sebastian believes the pre-construction period is the most critical time for early and accurate definition of project scope with respect to cost, quality, and time of construction, all of which are essential to the project's successful completion. Our qualified construction management and architectural specialists excel in structural, mechanical and electrical estimating, value engineering, and document review. This team, working closely with the client and the design professionals, provides the direction needed to ensure the design and subsequent construction stays on track.
