Gamma Construction, established in 1985, is a general contractor committed to client value. This medical office will replace and expand Kelsey-Seybold's former Kingwood Clinic, which was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. The new Kingwood Clinic will increase in size from 20,000 square feet to nearly 55,000 square feet, and patients will have access to an expanded capacity in primary care, including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology.
Gamma provides traditional general construction services through competitive sealed proposal, hard bid and negotiated procurements. Primary education projects are almost exclusively procured through the competitive sealed proposal process in which qualifications of the firm constitute a large portion of the selection criteria. Hard bid and negotiated general construction proposals are typically offered following the determination of a short list of qualified contractors by the client. We usually self-perform all concrete work, carpentry and labor on our projects as well as project supervision and contract administration.
