Our prototyping, fabrication, welding, shot blasting and painting services are all housed on our own 5-acre campus with more than 50,000 square feet of enclosed manufacturing and office space. We have the resources and technology to provide all levels of work from one-of-a-kind prototypes to high volume and repeatable long-term production.
Owned by Gayla and Gerald Brown since 1997, Gerald's Welding has been leading the way in high-quality, high-volume full service fabrication and welding services with proven expertise in welding codes standards and specifications for the oil and gas industry as relates to a variety of piping, manifolds and laser-cutting projects. Gerald's Welding added new state-of-the-art steel shot blasting and painting facilities in 2011, both of which comply with all environmental and safety standards for our industry. Steel shot produces a clean, smooth and polished surface for painting. Due to the hardness and density of steel shot, it can be recycled as much as 3000 times before replacement, making it an especially cost-effective and fast process for better serving your company and ours. Our two new paint booths enable us to provide a top-of-the-line painting process and deliver the kind of quality products, on time, that you expect from a top-tier fabrication and welding service like Gerald's.
A full-service machine shop and metal fabricator, we specialize in serving our customers needs with custom-fabricated products made from aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials. You can provide us with your design, or simply work with our team to engineer the products you need. Our CNC controlled laser, saws, milling services, lathes and pipefitters allow us to work with materials in varying thicknesses from thin gauge and up, meaning our production models are always made to specifications and achieved through a repeatable manufacturing process.
My wife Gayla and I started Gerald's Welding in 1997, combining our respective knowledge and strengths together in a common goal for excellence. I had many years of field and shop experience in welding and fabrication prior to opening this business, so here I incorporate my own qualifications and high expectations for perfection into every job. Gayla was also a previous business owner and she brings a top level of financial and management skills to our company to assure its long-term success (but I did have to teach her the fabrication business).
Welding is in our name because our certified welders are the best in the business. Our location in the heart of the oil and gas industry gives us access to a large pool of experienced and dedicated welders with the kind of specialized skills we require.
