AGUIRRE RODEN was selected to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for this renovation of a 52 story office building located in downtown Dallas. The 10 story building podium will include office, retail and parking areas. Floors 11 through 50 will contain approximately 500 residential units. Some of the buildings special features will include: new recessed balconies with glass rail in the residential units, new aluminum storefront system at office and retail levels, composite mesh panels, new water feature at lower level, LED lighting throughout and a new "vertical park" at ground level.
This office consolidation converted PriceClub Warehouse into a space that would accommodate Cable Technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Human Resources and Executives. The theme of the facility is very hi-tech with vibrant color accents. AGUIRRE RODEN Building Systems was selected to provide construction services for the expansion of the Authentix corporate headquarters. The expansion included new manufacturing areas, lab facilities, new conference and display areas as well as renovation to their existing space.
