In 1997, Jerry had been working as a contractor and realized he wanted to focus his time and energy on one facet of the construction industry. It started as a one-man show dedicated to quality, environment compliance, and the determination to become the most respectable Waste Water Treatment System installer in the Central Texas area. Luke returned from Lubbock and joined the team in 2002 transforming JerNan into a Father and Son team: a true family business. They became a powerhouse in the Waste Water Treatment industry with an excellent reputation with legislators, vendors, and their customers.

In 2006, Jernan Septic and Rainwater Solutions decided in an effort to provide a full service package for the homeowners of septic systems that we would integrate pumping services to our line-up. The name given to this aspect of our business is A+ Pumping Service, and "When you pump with us, it's A+." Having all the necessary licensing and registration requirements with The State of Texas, allows us to remove pumps from the system and clean the intake, but greater than that, it allows you to deal with a company that can LEGALLY perform all necessary work to your system.
At Jernan Septic and Rainwater Solutions, we are dedicated to "getting it right the first time." We can install all types of septic systems that are approved for use in the State of Texas. Septic systems have a number of requirements that must be met prior to installation. Different counties can have different regulations. Our reputation with regulators in all of our local counties is second to none. Regulators know that when they visit a Jernan job they are going to see excellence in action. At Jernan Construction we build septic systems that suit the individual house hold.
