This is an odd, very sloppy and unprofessional company. They sent out a guy to my house to look over our situation and then sent me a bid by e-mail which asked whether or not we needed a recessed icemaker supply line box. This was bizarre since their own tech saw it with his own eyes. When I confronted her with this sloppiness the co-owner, Kelli, suggested that I was only complaining because she was a female. Even now, they keep treating me like I'm a happy customer. I got a post card from them trying to sell me on one of their water purification devices. Today I got an e-mail from them asking whether or not I wanted to take action on our "preventative plumbing repair." When I first checkout their website, it was out of commission. I can't recommend these folks at all. It is a second-generati on family run business and it doesn't look like it has its act together.
