Our diverse fabrication shop manufactures custom-designed structural, plate, sheet metal and piping components and systems. We work with carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, with CNC cutting, plate bending and rolling, and welding. We are members of ISNetworld and Avetta, and have an exceptional safety record. Our quality system is based on the AISC Fabricator Standard, and our QA/QC process spans every step of the fabrication process. Our welders are ASME and/or AWS certified.

In 1993, Wallace Cogbill, Jr. founded Wallace Enterprises in Vidor, Texas, and offered metal fabrication and general construction services to local markets. By 1999, the company had evolved into Cogbill Construction LLC, adding a full range of mechanical industrial services to the entire Gulf Coast region. Cogbill Construction recognizes that customer loyalty is built on partnerships and win-win relationships. Cogbill Construction offers sheet metal design, fabrication, assembly and field installation. Our staff have a combined experience of more than 70 years in sheet metal fabrication. We work with all gauge thicknesses, with designing, detailing, cutting, punching, drilling, bending, rolling, welding, and installation. Our hydraulic and manually-operated machinery delicately handles thick sheets of metal and produces high-quality small or bulk orders. Our project managers can convert your problem to workable solutions with CAD designs and suggest needed modifications.

Cogbill Construction takes pride in its in-house design and build capabilities that accommodate most commercial and industrial construction requirements. We offer a diverse range of capabilities to meet almost any construction need, from foundation to roof. Our services include erecting structural and civil constructions, pouring concrete, and finishing with paving and landscaping for new construction or renovation work. Our project management and procurement team is capable of handling all jobs from beginning to end.

Cogbill Construction offers a rapid response maintenance services for plants, mills, manufacturing facilities, and other commercial and industrial sites, targeting manufacturing and process equipment services. We employ only the highest skilled labor force, all possessing advanced safety training. We readily meet the needs of any project by providing our own equipment, including portable welding equipment, cranes, excavators, forklifts, bulldozers, among many others. We also offer full grounds maintenance services, short or long term.
