Used this company for the first time today. They were extremely professional, fast and honest. They gave me good recommendations for the future to prevent clogs. Would definitely recommend them to others!

They were scheduled to do work via the home warranty company and made an incorrect diagnosis. They diagnosed a problem that was not covered by the home warranty and would need to be covered out of pocket. I decided to bite the bullet and get the repairs done, they came out and discovered their diagnosis was incorrect. The problem was now something that was covered by the home warranty. This didn't stop them from billing from services never rendered under the first diagnosis.
I have tried to contact them repeatedly with E-mails (our original means of correspondence) and they have not answered. I can get no explanations, just a notice that they are threatening to send me to collections. The home warranty company also tried to contact them, but they're sticking with this story that they cut access and that's why the bill was so high. I can assure you since there are no holes anywhere in my drywall, this is not the case. Overall, horrible experience.

I highly recommend this plumbing shop. They are a class act operation. My mother has used them several times and is Happy with them as well, and she isn't always the easiest to please.
