Founded in 1990, G&AI serves public and private sector clients including; state and regional transportation agencies, governmental entities, municipalities and counties, consultants, telecommunications, rail, airports, local water districts, state water boards, K-12 and higher education, oil and gas industry, petroleum chemical plants, private development, and power companies.
As the founding principal, Brad offers over 35 years of experience in professional land surveying. As President and CEO of G&AI, Brad is responsible for the overall management, and directs the business development and quality control efforts for the firm. Truett offers over 32 years of experience in professional land surveying. As Director of Survey, Truett shares responsibility for contract negotiation, client management and business development and oversees survey project costing for the firm.
In addition to mobile LiDAR design-grade mapping and asset management services, G&AI also collects ASTM standardized pavement data used to assess the condition of both asphalt and concrete surfaces. G&AI's pavement system is approved by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) and is equipped with the latest computer, sensor, and video equipment designed to efficiently collect laser data and video images of the roadway surface. The data is collected to provide specific information about roadway distresses and pavement performance with respect to ride quality.

With a staff of 12 Registered Professional Land Surveyors who manage 20 field crews, G&AI maintains a staff of over 40 survey personnel.
