Based in Monahans, TX, our team is proud to serve residential and commercial project across Fort Stockton & Odessa, TX. R & R Construction specializes in the manufacturing and installation of concrete septic and grease trap tanks, vacuum truck service, backhoe service, light dirt work and rentals - including portable toilets, septic holding tanks, fresh water systems, hand wash/hand sanitizer stations, trash trailers, combination trash/portable toilet trailers and trailer-mounted portable toilets.

Established in 1981, R & R Construction, Inc. started out with one person installing septic systems. Throughout the years, we have grown with the industry and added new services to meet the needs of our customers. Our owner, Richard Erwin, is on the Texas On-Site Wastewater Association board (TOWA) and is very active within the industry. Due to our experience and knowledge from Erwin and the TOWA Board, you can trust us to tackle whatever project it is that you have. No job is too big or too small for our crew to handle, so you can be sure that no matter the size, we will get the job done right for you and pay strict attention to detail.

At R & R Construction, we have the best vacuum truck service capability for septic tanks, kitchen grease traps and portable toilets in the Permian Basin. Nine trucks are available to keep up with our customers' demands. Our largest truck has hot water and water jetting capabilities. Our service extends throughout Monahans, TX. We have performed pump outs for customers in cities like Odessa, Midland, and Fort Stockton to name a few.
