In the last week we have had the scaffolding erected by Apollo Scaffolding , All lintels and steels installed , trays above windows ,All brickwork and blockwork to plate height, Timber plate laid at ceiling height for roof joists, removal of existing felt and roof tiles . Now time for setting out...
Day 10-11 blockwork and brickwork up and insulated. A little be more to do Tomorrow ready for the scaffolding Saturday. The weather has been on our side these last weeks hopefully it stays this way.
Day 9- All set out ready to start laying the damp round and the blocks tomorrow.
Day 8 - Over site and drainage passed by the building inspector. 3 course bricks up to DPC level and 100mm concrete slab levelled on top of DPM. Ready for next week bumping out internal blocks.
Day 6- type one whacked and 100mm celotex with 25 mm upstands ready for the DPM and 100mm concrete. Drains have been set up as plan and all shingled all ready for building inspector tomorrow.
