In 1988, Tracy Wright (a retired executive of Weyerhaeuser Company) brought together his 5 boys and established Timp Manufacturing and Construction Company (a Utah Corporation) that specializes in millwork. Timp started out with small contracts to produce and install millwork in homes. Soon after Timp developed contracts for the millwork in LDS Chapels and wanted to expand into other areas. After several years of successful ventures, they obtained some contracts for light commercial buildings and the company just kept growing.
Millwork is our strongest specialty where we have over 30 years experience. We are among the leaders in the industry creating and installing the most intricate and detailed millwork projects imaginable. We enjoy working on the most intricate projects that are very detailed, elaborate, time consuming and require our extensive expertise and superior craftsmanship.
