Silvey Construction

Silvey Construction was founded in 1972 by Mike Silvey, the president and owner of the company. In 2001 the business was incorporated. In 2004 Mike's son Jared joined the business. Silvey Construction is now in its Third generation of builders. Raised in a family of builders, Mike learned the business from his father. In the beginning Silvey Construction built speculative and custom homes in the Spokane area. In the mid 1980's a previous customer asked Silvey Construction to build him a dental office on Spokane's South Hill.

Silvey Construction has been demonstrating excellence in quality and customer service for over 30 years. We are proud to provide construction services to Spokane and the surrounding areas. We value punctuality, staying within the proposed budget, and exhibiting excellence in our completed work. We have built a reputation among our customers according to these values and will uphold it throughout the years to come.

Although we have shifted to primarily commercial construction we still love building custom homes and lake cabins for our customers. In fact many of our dental, medical, and commercial customers have asked us to build their homes in addition to their offices, making Silvey Construction the only developer and contractor you will ever need.
