The Woodson team brings expertise in all areas of civil engineering to plan and scope out your project, including surveying and related disciplines, water and wastewater utilities, stormwater management and transportation. While we recognize that each site and project are unique and require a custom approach, we have been providing planning services for over 25 years and understand the process. With this experience comes substantial local knowledge and regional expertise, as well as long-standing relationships with personnel across many departments within municipalities and regional agencies.
Woodson is a multi-disciplinary firm serving both private and public clients with civil engineering expertise. One of our strengths is our depth of certified technical and project management staff, as well as our local and regional expertise. Our engineering staff includes 6 professional engineers, 6 designers/technical staff and 4 administrative support staff. One is Certified Floodplain Manager, and one is certified as an Engineer In Training. Our projects range from large scale residential and commercial land development to major public works infrastructure work.
Woodson prepared a Water Master Plan for the City of Williams. The plan detailed wells, reservoirs, treatment, water lines and pumps, and results of the system modeling. We also provided detailed analysis of the system vulnerabilities, recommended improvements, and costs. We are prepared a comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan for the City of Williams which included the results of our hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, storm water performance criteria, hazard mitigation, FEMA Flood Plain identification, pollution mitigation, and O&M recommendations.
