James L. Hacking, Inc. was established in 1985 by Jim Hacking. Hacking shortly thereafter welcomed Doug Seale as foreman of the company and worked closely with Jim Hacking in the company's daily operations. In 2005, Jim Hacking was called to serve as an LDS mission president in Independence, Missouri. The company was purchased by its current owner, Doug Seale, and has continued successfully to maintain the same high standards of quality and service its customers know to expect. Doug has been a builder for the past 30 years in Northern Utah.
