Borderland Construction Company, Inc. (Borderland) is an Arizona S Corporation, founded in 1982, that is 100-percent locally owned and operated in Tucson, Arizona. Operations began in a trailer on Old Nogales Highway, but today the company has grown to occupy a 16-acre complex on east 38th Street in South Tucson. Our highly skilled professionals, tradesmen, and one of southern Arizona's largest equipment fleets allow us to self-perform a high percentage of work on each project, thereby controlling the construction schedule, ensuring quality workmanship and minimizing owner's construction costs.
For over three decades, Borderland has worked with a wide variety of project owners on projects of all size and scope. Depending on the specific needs of a project, a variety of delivery methods can be implemented. On many of our projects, we serve as the General Contractor. Our highly skilled employees and large equipment fleet allow us to self-perform a high percentage of work on most projects, ensuring better control of the project cost, schedule, and quality. On other projects we have served as the Construction Manager and/or as a Subcontractor.

Our in-house structural concrete crews regularly build bridges, retaining walls, headwalls/wingwalls, catch-basins, junction structures, inlet/outlet structures and any other structure needed on a project.
