Mother Nature has been more destructive this summer for many communities and though we deal with windy days that bring the dust and sand we are thankful no one lost a home like many others have from fires and storms. By normal standards our developing timing would have been so different had we not been sidelined with this virus. We are.
February 7, 2020 Phase 3 Update – We are still waiting for Unisource which has the preliminary design done, but is about 2-3 weeks out on a final set of plans with a contract. Suddenlink will piggyback with them.
This is new Phase 3 plan, that I’m sure the men will love, not sure about the wife’s opinion though.
