Felix Construction Company is a general engineering contractor and construction management company with a specific focus on water production facilities, well sites, booster pump stations, water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment plants, sewage lift stations, storm water pump stations, electrical instrumentation & controls, and custom industrial control panels. Along with construction management, we offer a full range of services including pre-construction cost modeling, project scheduling, partnering and construction evaluation, equipment procurement and value engineering.

The traditional Low Bid Method (sometimes called Hard Bid or Design-Bid-Build) may be very familiar, but it does not necessarily offer the best value for Owners. Alternative ProjectDelivery Methods (APDM or Alternative Delivery) may offer Owners improved schedule and cost savings. During the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR, CM@R, sometimes pronounced "C - mar") process the contractor provides constant feedback to the Owner and Engineer during the design phase. This comes in the form of continual development of the budget and schedule as the project takes shape.
