Any interior floor plan or exterior appearance can be accomplished with our unique modular building method, no matter whether your goal is to match existing buildings or to create new designs. We pride ourselves on building the highest quality structures for our customers while providing personal, unbeatable service. ESB creates completely custom, value engineered designs for each project, always making it uniquely yours.

We are proud to say that we have between 30-45 honest, hardworking people on our team at ESB depending on our workload. Our leadership team has been with the company 13-30 years, and our "newest" foreman is approaching ten-year tenure. Our people are the lifeblood of our company and we rigorously evaluate potential ESB team members not only for their skill and workmanship, but also for their integrity. We believe that selecting the right team of personnel is one of the most valuable undertakings in building and sustaining business relationships and a stellar reputation as a general contractor.

ESB also performs planning and design services for our building projects; however, this typically is not a service that we offer separately from performing the construction phase. If you already have, or if you would like to use another design contractor, we are happy to work with whoever you choose. Eastern Style Builders, Inc. is a story of anAmerican family-owned business built from the ground up. Our focus on customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship has paved the road to ESB's success for over 30 years. Our founding family has roots in Michigan, andthose who would become the hardworking owners of ESB moved to Tucson, Arizona in the early 1980s. The Arizona corporation was established in 1984; we started out as residential contractors, repairing and remodeling manufactured homes. As our reputation grew, we began to offer a wider spectrum of services to our customers: site preparation, utility work, transportation and installation of additions to existing modular homes.
