A few of our main specialties focus in the building and repair of new and existing foundations where limited access is a factor, erecting of steel cages, structural steel structures by hand, limited access drilling, and hand excavations or grading. If work is necessary on an existing foundation and access is limited, a limited access rig will be brought in through an opening of 50 inches or more or lifted over the house with a crane. With plentiful space, truck-mounted rigs and other large, heavy equipment will be brought in to complete the required work.
