KKG's construction division is an ancillary service that stands ready to service our construction management clients. We average approximately $1,000,000 a year in this type of supplemental construction support, often on projects where we provided construction management services, but then or client requires minor post construction modifications. Our first hand construction knowledge is as experienced and far reaching as our construction management expertise, however our "bandwidth" keeps us modest in the size of undertakings we tackle on behalf of our developer clients.
