Over the past 30-plus years, our name has become synonymous with expert building, having completed millions of square feet of new construction focused on innovative LEED designs, advanced manufacturing, horticulture facilities and numerous historic renovation projects. Founded by entrepreneurs and backed by a strong work ethic and dedication to the community, we believe in creating long-term partnerships with our clients. Although we have projects throughout the U.S., we're proud to call Carson City, Nevada home. Our strong ties to the local community allow us to contribute our time and energy to areas that mean the most to us - and that's what defines who we are at Miles. Our team members are involved in the community because this is where we live, work and play. We work closely with Western Nevada College, a career college with three locations throughout Northern Nevada, to help develop the curriculum for their Construction Management degree - allowing graduates to enter the workforce with exactly the real-life skills necessary to succeed.

Steps taken early on will have repercussions throughout the construction phase and pave the way for the project's ultimate success. Miles Construction's depth of experience ensures that nothing is overlooked in the critical pre-construction phase. We can help from the very beginning stages of a project including site selection. If relocation is involved, we work with our clients to ease the transition. We'll research current tax incentives and rebates and connect you with the economic development agencies on a regional or statewide level to ensure your project is taking advantage of all the opportunities available.
